There are many reasons why an individual decides to seek therapy. Coming to therapy can be overwhelming and exciting all at the same time. I offer a supportive and open environment where you can explore your unique needs and therapy goals. I believe the therapeutic relationship is a partnership where together we will develop positive and meaningful changes in your life.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and graduated with a Master’s in Social Work from University of Illinois at Chicago in 2018. I have experience working with a diverse range of individuals. I have worked with teens, adults with intellectual and physical disabilities, and in a hospital setting working with new mothers, children, and older adults.
I use a relational and strengths-based approach and strive to empower individuals to be open, honest, and their most true self. I believe there is no one way to do therapy work with individuals. I aim to collaboratively develop a therapy plan that meets the specific needs of the client.
Feel free to reach out to me with any questions or more information. I look forward to working with you.
