Welcome!

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and I aim to make it a comfortable and supportive experience. I see therapy as a collaborative journey where we work together to navigate challenges, build understanding, and create meaningful change.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience supporting individuals and families through life transitions. While I began my work with children and adolescents, my current practice focuses on young adults, college students, and mothers.

I’m especially passionate about supporting women during times of growth and adjustment—whether transitioning to college, adulthood, or motherhood. I’ve led groups for new mothers, providing a space for connection, guidance, and encouragement as they navigate the early years of parenting.

In my work, I use a strengths-based, solution-focused approach, tailoring therapy to the unique needs of each person. I also offer professional supervision for clinicians, particularly those working with children, teens, and parents.

I would love to connect with you and share more about my approach, so we can see together how I might support you or your family on this journey.
