Therapy for women through life’s transitions
Warm, grounded support to make sense of what feels hard and navigate what comes next.
Welcome! You may be here because…
Motherhood feels more overwhelming than you expected
You’re moving through change and wanting more support
You’re carrying things that feel hard to hold or say
You don’t have to navigate these seasons on your own. Therapy can offer support, perspectives, and a place to work through what feels hard.
Life transitions can feel overwhelming—even when they’re expected or deeply wanted. You may find yourself feeling anxious, stretched thin, or not quite like yourself.
I specialize in supporting women through transitions like pregnancy, postpartum, and early motherhood. With over 20 years of experience working with children, teens, and families, I bring a deep understanding of relationships and the emotional load many mothers carry.
I offer individual therapy both virtually and in person in Lakeview, as well as an in person new moms group.
I would love to connect with you—whether that’s to schedule a consultation or simply answer any questions and help you get a sense of whether this feels like the right fit.
